Standard Terms and Conditions

The following are the Term & Conditions for Ourmobs Investments Pty Ltd ABN 46 098 954 913, Trading as Professional Trapping Supplies.

Goods & Services Tax

All pricing advertised on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Refund & Exchange

Goods that are returned in the original unopened packaging, in original condition, within seven (7) days of purchase, the cost of the goods will be refunded.


All goods sold are covered by a twelve (12) months manufacturer’s warranty, the faulty product will either be repaired or the replaced. Customers are to return the goods at their own cost prior to repair or replacement.  To be entitled to warranty repair or replacement, we require a Return Application to be completed and a copy of the original purchase invoice attached. If the product has been tampered with or damaged warranty made be void. If a problem has arisen from user error, charges may apply for the repair.

Postage and freight

At all times we endeavour to use the most economical and time efficient methods of freight within Australia. Freight is additional to the cost of our products unless specified differently. All deliveries are sent with tracking numbers; however goods are not insured unless specifically requested. We strongly recommend all customers take out freight insurance.

Whilst every effort is made to adequately protect our products during transport, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen items.

Shipments can be insured if the customer wishes to do so, 1.5% of the cost of the goods will apply and it will be stated on the invoice “Insurance”. No responsibility is taken for any losses or damage if the Insurance option is not taken.  In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged we must be notified within 48 hours from time of delivery in writing, no exceptions.

Delivery Time

We endeavour to dispatch all orders in a timely and efficient manner. If goods are not available at the time of order, contact will be made with the customer and an estimated delivery time supplied. If the delivery time is unsuitable, customer would be offered a refund.

Secure Payment Options

There are two secure options for payment to be made. Online utilising your Credit Card through Suncorp Virtual POS Facility or by direct debit. We do not retain any credit card information on our website after purchases are complete, online payments via credit card are only done through secure facilities.  Please note that any purchases made using Overseas Credit Cards will not be accepted.


We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and conditions as required.  Any claims made for warranty will be given due consideration and the outcome will be at our discretion and final.
